What's Repotalent?
Over the years, I’ve spent a significant amount of time hiring and interviewing candidates for both startups and enterprise companies. Writing precise job descriptions and sifting through stacks of resumes can be incredibly time-consuming. This experience led me to an idea I’ve been mulling over for a while: what if we could reach out to the contributors of the code we’re already using?
What's the feature of Repotalent?
Imagine sending a warm introduction like, “We’re using [XX library/tool] at [Startup], and we’d love to connect. Are you open to new opportunities?” It feels more personal and engaging than the standard cold outreach.
